The new area extends from Kartanonmäki, following the riverbed towards the north

Workable and attractive housing units have been placed along safe access roads to enclose common yard areas. Certain streets limit vehicular access to maintain a peaceful, village-like atmosphere and enable children to move about the area easily and safely. Playgrounds offering many kinds of stimulating activities for children will also be built in the sites’ central portions and along the access streets. The area’s amenability will also be enhanced by carefully planned and implemented plantings that provide attractive and multifaceted views.

Four housing corporations consisting of two-family houses and single-family houses with floor areas ranging from 77 m² to 180 m² are being designed for Kartanonraitti, the construction of which will begin in the autumn of 2006. Please see the houses for sale here>>

The Sundsberg website has been designed to provide general information concerning the area and its dwellings. The information contained herein is based on data available in August 2011. More precise details are specified in the sales contract’s appendices. Before signing the sales contract, the Buyer should examine the ratified designs as well as Government decree 130/2001 concerning the marketing of residential properties; this information can be viewed in housing brochures and at the sales office. The Builder reserves all rights to adjust the prices of the designs and dwelling units.
