The Sundsberg website has been designed to provide general information concerning the area and its dwellings. The information contained herein is based on data available in autumn 2006. More precise details are specified in the sales contract’s appendices. Before signing the sales contract, the Buyer should examine the ratified designs as well as Government decree 130/2001 concerning the marketing of residential properties; this information can be viewed in housing brochures and at the sales office. The Builder reserves all rights to adjust the prices of the designs and dwelling units.
